Breaking: 15 Trapped Workers Rescued in Uttarkarshi Tunnel Collapse
Latest Update on Uttarkarshi Tunnel Collapse: Rescuers successfully brought out 15 trapped workers from the collapsed Silkyara tunnel within just 30 minutes, starting from the moment the first individual was pulled to safety.
The first worker, out of the 41 individuals who were trapped inside the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand since November 12, has been successfully rescued around 8 pm.
Officials said all 41 workers were in good health and had no major injuries. They were taken to a hospital for a medical check-up. The cause of the collapse is still under investigation. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami met the rescued workers outside the tunnel, Union Minister Rtd General VK Singh was also present at the site.
